We visited the plot with Vicent and Luzze, the organizers and the estates owner. It’s not a big piece of land, measuring 100 by 50 feet, surrounded by other plots measuring the same area and some bought by other people. So, it can’t accommodate a school or project, but may be a residential house. Its current value is 20 million shillings. In our opinion, we hope to leave it vacant for a while, one to two years to gain more value and probably sell it for a project at St. Peters not yet decided. We got 5million shillings we will use to complete the new buildings.
We have paid S.4 mock exams starting on Monday and we will pay S.6 this starting week.
